The past year of Chessvine articles has been a wild ride and traffic to the blog has exploded. I'm excited to be gearing up for another year (making contracts with some good names, renewing the social media efforts, etc.). I encourage everyone who reads this blog to take a look at the earlier posts and compare. The content has become more value-added and comprehensive coverage has improved. For those who maybe haven't noticed (which can't be all that many people) I've added a "Daily Chess Puzzle" to the top left corner of the sidebar. Where did it come from? Shredderchess.com, the official site of the Shredder chess engine.
I'm selfishly hoping that a daily puzzle drives you back here daily but I thought the idea of having a daily puzzle served by some sort of automated system was really neat. I've added the "Easy" puzzles but maybe your blog or website would like to use medium or hard. It's really up to you ... just click on This Link and head on over to ShredderChess.com.

They also feature an online Opening and Endgame database as well as the ability to Play Versus Shredder online. Very shibby!
What can I say? I'm a closet TMNT fan.
