  1. He is genuinely disappointed at stupid moves people make. Thank god he hasn't seen my games, they would kill him if he watched

  2. very interesting. Your last point resonates most (and I'm terrible). I move up to 490 only to lose continually and drop to 380 because I keep telling myself , "I can't go to sleep until I'm back about 400." Awful plan

  3. Allright. Le's get that chessable opening out again. With 40h video that I was too lazy to watch. Guess what – I still have no idea how the London works 😀

  4. bout the 2. one, the only strategy i could say i knew something about, was how to do sort of ladder checkmate, and just how checkmates in general work, and i heard that i should keep the center,… that is literally all i learned as a kid, and i still was getting actually good scores at tournaments for the best players my age from whole country so nt sure about the importance of the tactics until a certain high level, but im not the master here, its just my perspective

  5. Talks about time management

"Thanks for watching by the way, what are we, 20-25 minutes into the video"

Checks time – 23 minutes into the video

Me: "Now that is great time management right there"

  6. You made a comment at ~ 4:50: "take toward the center". I know it's not part of this lesson, but – I've never heard that before – – in 65 years of playing.

  7. I don't buy courses, I learn by just playing. For example, I like the Queen's Gambit, so I'll slowly figure out which moves my opponents usually play and how to respond.

  8. I swear after watching chess videos like this or Daniel Naroditsky's speedrun the first game or two I play after are always super soild blunder-free games of chess

  9. #1 Trading Everything- Thank you so much for saying this. Totally makes the game worthless. I call it checkers chess. They want to trade because the game is hard with more pieces. Take them off and you get down to pawns and kings. Goal at this point is to push for a queen. Just like in checkers. Blows my mind people want to play this way.

  10. I still make a ton of blunders! I have to stop that! Ii play puzzels all the time but usually don't have rooks or bishops at the end to use. I rarely lose on time? So may be slow s down?

  11. Levy is absolutely hilarious )) Thanks for your work, man. This video is must see for everybody
and it`s not only about chess actually)
