2021 FIDE World Cup takes place in Sochi, Russia, from July 12 to August 6. 206 of the world’s top players, including the world champion Magnus Carlsen, take part in the competition.

The two finalists will qualify for the 2022 Candidates Tournament, in addition to winning the 110.000 USD first prize and 80.000 USD for the runner-up.

  2. When you randomly watch the games, you don’t understand instantly which move it is or what is the real-time status or whether the analysis is going on or not.. why these guys don’t follow online chess world..?

  3. That Peter Svidler game was amazing, especially how he sent his knight on a mission up the board. I had to do a video on that game!
